The Post-Secondary Education Support cohort assists students who are enrolled in or plan to enroll in a college program or vocational school. Students in our program are eligible to receive academic support and transition services during their final years of mandated public schooling. The goal of the program is to prepare students to successfully access college coursework by building both academic and functional skills.
